✨ Things to Know:
MOQ – Minimum order quantity needed before items are ordered
RTS – Ready to ship (in stock)
TTS – True to size (based on reviews – please measure if unsure)
IRL – In real life photos
📍 Address Info
If you have moved, please log into your account and update your shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Orders ship to the address entered at checkout.
⏳ Turnaround Times
🖤 Graphic Shirts
• Made to order
• Turnaround: 5–20 business days
• Some ship direct, some are made in-house
🏬 In-Store Items
• Can be picked up in Gering or Sidney (I work in Sidney)
• Available for local pickup or shipping
• Typically ship 1-3 business days depnding on work schedule
📦 Preorders
• Estimated turnaround: 2–12 weeks (varies by item)
• Some items may be quicker (as little as 5 days), others longer depending on factory + shipping method (air vs. sea)
• Leggings: typically 6–10 weeks
• Turnaround begins after the preorder closes
• Delays may happen and are not eligible for refunds

🧾 Invoicing
Invoices will come from The InvenTORI Nook (check spam/junk just in case).
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours
• Unpaid invoices will be canceled
Limited Quantity Items:
• First come, first serve
• If unpaid, item moves to the next person in line
🚚 Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight and size.
📍 Local Pickup:
Available in Gering, Nebraska
⚠️ Combined Orders
If your order includes preorder + ready-to-ship items, it may be held until everything is ready.
You can request split shipping for an additional fee.
❌ Cancelation Policy
• If invoiced → cannot cancel
• If sale has closed → cannot cancel
• If invoice total is higher than expected → cannot cancel
• Deleting comments = removal from future sales
✔️ You may cancel ONLY if the sale is still open by commenting under your original comment
Failure to follow policies may result in removal without warning.
🔁 Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Must be unworn, unused, with tags & original packaging
• Must notify us within 7 business days of delivery
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
• Shipping costs will be deducted from refund
🚫 Refunds
• No refunds for delays
• Please review return policy above
📏 Additional Notes
• Please allow 1–3 cm variation in measurements
• Colors may vary slightly depending on screen + lighting
