We typically process and ship ready-to-ship items within 1–3 business days.

✨ Please Note:
We also offer a mix of drop-shipped and preorder items, which have different processing times.

📌 Drop-Ship Items (including most graphic tees not labeled “Shirts Made In House”):
• Estimated processing time: 5–20 business days
• Timeframes may vary depending on supplier and demand

📌 Preorder Items:
• Estimated turnaround time: 2–12 weeks
• Timing depends on production, factory location, and shipping method (air vs. sea)

📦 Combined Orders:
If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order may be held until everything is ready.
If you’d like items sooner, you can request a split shipment for an additional shipping fee.

⏳ Additional Info:
• Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or closure days
• Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control
• Delays do not qualify for refunds
